At Miss-Rose.pk, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return or replacement ONLY in the following cases:

You received a damaged or broken product

You received the wrong item

The product is defective or not working as described
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible:

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Product must be unused and in the original packaging

You must provide unboxing video proof showing the issue clearly
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns for:

Opened or used makeup products

Products without proof of issue

Items ordered by mistake
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if:

We fail to replace your defective/wrong item
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your bank account or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
