At Miss-Rose.pk, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement ONLY in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or broken product

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is defective or not working as described

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in the original packaging

  • You must provide unboxing video proof showing the issue clearly

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns for:

  • Opened or used makeup products

  • Products without proof of issue

  • Items ordered by mistake

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • We fail to replace your defective/wrong item
    Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your bank account or Easypaisa/JazzCash.
